Zach has spent the last five years behind the bar in upscale dining, and he genuinely loves every second of it. Whether he’s shaking up custom craft cocktails or keeping the energy high during a crazy rush, he’s completely in his element.

As he’s grown in the industry, Zach has taken on more responsibility as an Assistant General Manager, gaining a deeper appreciation for the teamwork, attention to detail, and leadership required to deliver a great restaurant experience. He enjoys working with his team, helping foster a positive environment, and being part of all the moving pieces that make a successful service come together.

For Zach, the best part of the industry is that you never truly stop learning. He genuinely enjoys picking up new techniques, playing around with unexpected flavor combinations, and constantly finding fresh ways to elevate what’s in the glass. As he grows as a leader, that same curiosity carries into every part of the restaurant, from developing the bar program to finding new ways to elevate the overall guest experience.
