J.R. Williams, a small-town man and recent graduate from Auburn University of Montgomery, found his passion for service and hospitality just a few years ago here in Montgomery.



J.R. finds joy in meeting the needs of others in a way that leaves guests feeling seen and valued, with his own intentional and creative flair. This alone catapults him to the top of the service industry. He feels that he is the "salt" that adds flavor, and he definitely brings reliability, trust and straightforwardness to the table. J.R. is excited to grow in his new hospitality role as Restaurant Manager of Ravello and to be a positive impact on the downtown Montgomery Community.
