Born and raised in Montgomery, Alabama, Cornelius Burton brings a deep love for hospitality and years of hands-on experience to his role as General Manager of Ravello Restaurant.
His journey in the food and beverage world includes time with the Marriott brand, where he developed a strong foundation in service excellence and team leadership, as well as serving as a Craft Beer Buyer for Pies & Pints, where he sharpened his eye for quality, creativity, and guest preferences. That unique mix of corporate hospitality and craft-focused service shaped Cornelius into the well-rounded leader he is today. At Ravello, he creates a welcoming atmosphere where great food, great drinks, and great service come together effortlessly.
